PHOTOSPORT supports the arts, and has liberal licensing policies regarding the creation of derivative art. We like to see art and sculpture derived from our images.
Artists should secure basic catalog access by buying a subscription here, and notifying us of your intention by an email here. When your project is completed, send a copy, or in the case of sculpture, images of the object, for a full refund of your subscription cost, as well as a license which releases our interest in any and all resales of your derivative work. You are relieved of cost; we only request display permission of your derivative work.
Please note that our licensing only covers our permission to use our images. If your art depicts identifiable persons, permission needs to also be secured from those persons. This is also the case for identifiable logos etc. Our model-release images are not encumbered with these additional requirements.
